Description:

When human ressources responsibles or business unit coordinators discuss the Future of Work, all of us experience certain predefined perspectives such as humans vs machines, streamlined end-to-end processes, automatized data processing, robo advice, and remote work outside office buildings and potentially outside historically defined and limited office hours.
Current pandemic global lockdowns have shown the importance of both sides of the medal: whereas online availabilities and remote work processes were crucial for the success of entire business models, clients also called for human physical meetings and room for a face to face contact and social meeting possibilities as simple as an evening dinner. Deloitte experts share in a brief session their view of an actuary of the future and the technology an actuarial expert might use.
