On 17 July 2020 the Gulf Actuarial Association (GAS) supported by the Financial Academy (FA) held the yearly GAS Event – this time online. In four sessions international speakers talked about actuarial matters in banking, risk management and in a post-COVID19-world.
The Gulf Actuarial Society (GAS) was set up to bring together Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) members based in the six Gulf states of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
