Since the beginning of the year the german society of actuaries (DAV) offers a new additional training in Actuarial Data Science (ADS). If the general meeting of the DAV in November 2020 agrees, it will also be possible to acquire the title of “Certified Actuarial Data Scientist (CADS)”. The qualification is aimed at DAV members who want to expand their knowledge in the field of data science and is divided into four modules: ADS Basic, ADS Advanced, ADS Immersion & ADS Completion. In his presentation, Dr. Stefan Nörtemann will give a quick and concise overview of the new additional qualification and its contents.
