The principles of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and incorporating ERM into an Integrated Risk Management framework for pension schemes;
An introduction to behavioural bias and how it may be observed in decision making (for trustees, advisers or other stakeholders);
How some behavioural techniques can be incorporated into decision making;
Risk behaviours and managing risks from the perspective of gains and losses.
